The hotel is very well presented with all public areas exposing the beauty of the historic building as well as showcasing interesting and varied art work. The staff are like a well knit family working seamlessly with one another and it is clear that they pay attention to detail, for example, knowing which drink I will order for breakfast so getting the order ready to avoid me having to wait.

The hotel is beautiful, intimist and the room is lovely, cozy, and well-decorated. The bed in the hotel is extremely comfortable, and all the staff very helpful and sweet. The hotel manager makes a point of introducing himself, making the whole experience very good.

The food was great, awesome selection for breakfast and the main restaurant food was beautiful. The staff (a small team) were friendly and attentive. The pool and other facilities were spotless We used the outdoor pool and the indoor Spa as well. My wife had a pedicure which she was very happy with. The location was great for walking into Capdepera it also allowed easy access for parking at the Hotel. I contracted an ear infection, the Manager Antonio, arranged for a doctor to visit within 30 minutes. This hotel has an exclusive feel, a very relaxed vibe. Overall we could not have been happier

Absolutely phenomenal hotel, the staff are very friendly, attentive and clearly trained when it comes to attention to detail. Svetlana is an absolute gem. The staff are genuinely kind people, they aren’t pretending to be nice, they genuinely are nice. When we first checked in, there was a minor issue with the AC, they instantly went above and beyond to fix the issue and the hotel manager checked in on us the next day during breakfast asking if the AC was fixed. The indoor pool is great, the hotel is ultra clean and smells amazing everywhere, the dinner restaurant serves great food, parking is free, and the town Capdepera which the hotel is located in is a very charming town, 5 minute drive to Cala Ratjada and other amazing towns. Arta which is a very hip and trendy art town is also a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very rich and tasty breakfast with fresh and regional products. A variety of breads baked by the restaurant itself. The hotel's own restaurant offers tasty and creative dishes for dinner at slightly higher prices than the restaurants in town and the surrounding area such as in Cala Rajada or Arta. The rooms were air-conditioned, very large and clean, great oversized box spring beds. A pleasant smell permeated the whole hotel. The view from the balcony and from our room (2nd floor) went all the way to the sea of the east and north coast. The location is predestined for hiking and cycling tours in the northeast of Mallorca. By car you can also reach the Tramutana or Palma within an hour. And last but not least, the staff and hotel management are very caring and hospitable. You feel very welcome. We recently had an excellent stay at Hotel Creu de Tau Art & Spa. The hotel and the people working there were simply wonderful. The hotel has a unique design where the entire thought is elegant style and calm atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the room spotless every time it was cleaned. Breakfast was held in the hotel restaurant where on top of bread with selection of toppings, pastries, yoghurt, and fruits, we could ask for variety of warm food (e.g., eggs and pancakes) which was then freshly made. Though we did not go for the ‘all inclusive’ option for our stay, we tried the restaurant a couple of times for dinner during our stay, and it was much better than what we expected. The hotel restaurant is simply put, a restaurant where rather than buffet style dinner, you get dinner that is freshly prepared, high quality, and delicious. The location of the hotel is in a beautiful small town that is about 5-minute drive from the closest beach, and within driving distance of most of the beautiful things Mallorca has to offer. This was perfect for us as we liked the idea of having access to the beach, but we just really wanted to relax and see the beauties that Mallorca has to offer. Excellent Hotel - beautifully clean, stunning interior, lovely pool area with scenic view and friendly staff. The room exceeded expectations - our room had a huge bed with a balcony and jacuzzi with the most divine view! The service was great throughout our stay; the staff were always polite and happy to help. The manager and all the staff made the stay feel special and very personalised to our needs. The restaurant was excellent also - we ate 2 nights out of the 3 as we enjoyed it so much. Would return to Mallorca just to stay at Hotel Creu de Tau again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We are on the final night of our stay here and simply cannot recommend it highly enough. Spectacularly appointed, stunningly decorated throughout and immaculately clean. The local area is just beautiful, with plenty of gorgeous local restaurants nearby as well as beautiful beaches just 10 mins away. Tony and Manuela are both wonderful and have made our whole stay so special, as have the housekeeping and restaurant personnel. We have been celebrating my husband’s birthday and it has been so memorable. We were even offered a room upgrade to an even more beautiful room than the first. Gorgeous indoor and outdoor pools and gardens and so incredibly relaxing - this hotel really deserves 5 stars and we really hope to be able to return here again. You won’t regret booking Hotel Creu de Tau - even better than in the photos.

The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful, room a lovely size with great shower. Bed very comfortable. TV had good choice of channels. Breakfast was faultless and we ate in the restaurant just once which was a little pricey but the quality of food and service matched. The spa as very nice and whilst we were there used the indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi (had to ourselves each time we used it). Had a great massage too. Outdoor pool area with loungers also very good. Would not hesitate to return and would happily recommend a stay.

It’s pure perfection! From the moment you walk through the door you’re greeted by super sweet staff members. The architecture is phenomenal, and absolutely stunning. It’s hart to pin down what was our favorite part, because it was unbelievable. The staff definitely creates a magical experience, and the Manager goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the best experience. I’m speechless, honestly the best hotel I’ve ever been to, and I’m not sure when I will have anything like this again.
